Three layers of gathered lace trim bound on one edge. The back row is a 2 3/4" wide white lace. The next row is a 2" wide williamsburg blue lace. The top row is a 1 1/4" white lace. Use ruffled lace trim to decorate scrapbooks, flower pots, pillows, as a trim on dresses, shorts, skirts, and curtains.
