This miniature top hat is made of a pressed felt-like material and is a perfect hat for snowmen, dolls, or as a decoration. Each hat measures approximately 1 1/8 inches tall, has a width from brim edge to brim edge of approximately 2 1/8 inches, and an approximate 1 1/8 inch diameter head hole.General Information:
